A good price for golf compared to California and Florida,,still high for us Midwesterns..$73 with cart and senior discount.Golfed 18 ,three times,,enjoyed getting out and seeing the beauty,,the score was not too bad either...saw alligators all three times..
I played Palma Real in mid-February 2006 and had a wonderful time. The course is a bit spotty, but better than I expected. The spectacular scenery in my view more than made up for the occasional fairway blemish and muddy bunker. The golf carts were good, and the beverage cart (a pick-up truck) interesting. The alligator hazards were worth the price of the round all by themselves - I saw at least a dozen and even hit over a couple.
I would definitely play this course again, and recommend it to anyone who enjoys the game despite the fact it costs probably 2-3 times what a similar course might cost in the US. Having at least one or two caddies per foursome makes the round much more fun and interesting, especially if you let them hit a shot or two.
