Apple Airport Representatives are at most charter departure airports when you arrive for check-in, to assure your vacation is perfect right from the start. When you arrive at your destination, a uniformed Apple Representative will guide you to your hotel transfer, hold a short briefing to acquaint you with your destination, and be available onsite throughout your stay to ensure your vacation is everything you dreamed it would be.
